What’s the ellements.ca return policy ?

Ellements will gladly accept returns on regular priced items for a refund on your original form of payment or store credit via gift card. If a refund is selected, a 10% restock fee will be deducted from your return amount. If a store credit is selected, your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned items and will not expire.

Returns must be submitted within 7 days to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method, and 14 days for an exchange or store credit to be processed.

All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, etc.) We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
International orders are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer. 

Sale items are FINAL SALE.  

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or when purchased with a promotion code.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
