Ellements was born from a personal journey. One rooted in wellness, transformation, and confidence.

Hi- I’m Alexia and after going through my own weight loss journey, I found myself living in activewear. I tried every brand out there, searching for the pieces that made me feel good- not just during a workout, but all day long. I started noticing what really mattered: the fabric, the fit, the way a certain cut could flatter the female body and make you walk a little taller. Over time, putting on a cute set became part of the ritual- the more I loved my outfit, the more I showed up for myself.

That spark of motivation turned into something bigger. With the support of my incredible partner- who brings years of business experience, a passion for wellness, and her own fitness journey to the table- we set out to create an activewear line that actually gets it.
